In she was sitting at the White House in Washington, D. C. photographing the Israeli-Palestinian Peace Accord with President Clinton, Prime Minister Yitzak Rabin and Chairman Yassir Arafat. As they were walking out of the White House and about to sign an agreement, Mrs.
Lautenberg had a rush of adrenaline as she realized she was capturing history through the lens of her camera. She was in disbelief that she was actually photographing these three men about to sign this peace accord and she was forever hooked on photography.
In September, , right before the Presidential election, she photographed Barack Obama speaking to a large audience at a home in New Jersey.
