You were born in Budapest in 1982, the eldest of a family of four. Can you take me back to your childhood in Hungary?

I grew up in my father’s childhood home, a Bauhaus house that my grandparents moved into during the Second World War after their own house had been bombed.

My grandfather was an engineer and an artist, my grandmother a ceramicist and jewellery designer. My grandmother’s workbench and soldering equipment stood in the corner of her bedroom.
